1. Go to the Customer Support section in the top right corner of the Home page.
2. Click on Self Service and then View All.
3. Find KYC List and select Reset KYC.
4. Choose the reason, review the cautionary notes, agree, and then click Confirm Update.
5. KYC deletion completed!
