1. KYC on Bitget can be completed using a
passport, driver’s license, or ID card!

Due to Bitget’s exchange policy, referral changes or additions are not allowed.
Therefore, KYC verification must be completed using the account created through the referral
link of Hong’s payback.

2. Deleting and Recreating Your Bitget Account

If you delete your existing Bitget account, the associated KYC information will also be deleted!
After deleting the old account, you can complete the KYC verification on the new account
created using the Hong’s payback referral link with the same KYC method.
However, if you use the same KYC method that was used in the deleted account,
there will be a 15-minute cooldown before you can complete the verification.

Example) If the passport KYC was used on the old account, after deleting the account,
you can proceed with passport KYC on the new account after a 15-minute cooldown.

Before deleting KYC, make sure to move all your assets to another exchange or wallet!

How to Delete KYC!

1. Go to the Home menu in the top left corner.
2. Click on User Center.
3. Select Close Account.
4. Review the cautionary notes and agree, then click Close Account.
5. KYC deletion completed!
